RE: Steering the Wheel

in The MINIMALISTlast year

Hey you!

I adore the always personal note of your blogging. You can't help falling in love with you :)

I like cleaning! It gives me time to process stuff without having to sit and process stuff (ew), while I still feel productive AND I gain the satisfaction of... well... minmalism, right?...

of clearing and organizing my space.

In fact... this is how I start my day, these days.

And a daily walk / now (slowly) starting to run again - in the sunshine (barefoot is best) to keep balanced.

Learning and progress? Oh... I'm always doing this because ever curious! It's the downtime I need to focus on to avoid burning out and I'm busy learning this now. Balance is my new focus until I figure this out again. I lost it in the chaos as well, it seems.

I'll find it again 👍🏻

Lovely seeing you always. Beautiful lady ❤️

Hey Nicky 😍
Thank you 😊

Yes, cleaning is powerful, and a great way to start the day. It works for me and gives me mental clarity and a calm feeling, because yes, our physical space has an impact on our mental space.

I also like cooking simple meals from basic ingredients (I call it cooking with love) and getting a delicious and healthy meal.

Walking does wonders, but I cannot run at all. 🤣
You do strike me as a runner though, so I'm not surprised.

I hope that you're well ❤️

Ah cooking. Yesssss.

I've picked that up again as well. So love to cook!

We should do a minimalist recipe prompt! Three ingredient meals or summink. Maybe a collab with Hive foodies...

Here waiting to steal your recipes 😈

Yeah, the cooking prompts do very well. I had one recently and man, I was impressed with the Nigerian dishes 😋

That's a brilliant idea though:)

Haw! I've missed too much!

But back now. I'll go and dig them up.

I did see one and bookmarked it. I think 🤔 Didn't realise it was a prompt. Food! Like!

Have a beautiful day, Milly 💖
