I call it menthal healht walk because when you sit inside all day, you really need to get out for walkies for the mind.
I do my mental health walks during my lunch break. It's indeed good to be outside and 'exercise' a bit every day. Especially during the weeks that there is less light.
I do hate the dark grey winters. Except if there is snow and ice. I do like that. But for now I am soaking up some vitamine D in Spain.
