"mental health" walkies.

Hello everybody,

Here are some pictures I took during my evening walkies. I call it menthal healht walk because when you sit inside all day, you really need to get out for walkies for the mind.
I went out a bit to late in the afternoon and the walkies were not that long. The sun already set here at about 16:40 so I needed to be quick.

The sky did get a little color but it wasn't a great sunset. But it was really quiet in the forest so I do like that.

When I arrived at the lonely tree in the middle of the heather field, the sun was already below the horizon. Perfect timing if I can say so.

This tree was my turning around point to get back home. I think it's about 4000 steps from my home.

On my way home I pas these trees, they are still in their autumn color jacket.

This point it was to dark to take good pictures. But I did get the moon in frame here.

I do my mental health walks during my lunch break. It's indeed good to be outside and 'exercise' a bit every day. Especially during the weeks that there is less light.

I do hate the dark grey winters. Except if there is snow and ice. I do like that. But for now I am soaking up some vitamine D in Spain.

Nice share! I like going on these walks to take a break from the busy life too!

I do really need them. Outside is so good.
