Spring 2022 in Northern Hemisphere will begin on Sunday, March 20. To enliven it, I'm going to share some blossom flower pictures that I took from my parent's house last week. All these flowers come from different species and colors. Some that I could be recognized are Zinnia, Hydrangea, Desert Rose, and Orchid flower.
Let's start with Zinnia Flower. This flower comes in various colors & species. I don't know about the difference between each species, but all I could say is, I spot 4 colors (White, Red, Orange, and Pink) and 2 kinds of Flower Petals. Here are some pictures of them.
The second one here is the Hydrangea flower. An interesting fact about this flower is that the color could change due to the acid of the soil. When the soil pH is at 4.5-5.5 (acidic) the flowers will be blue. Meanwhile, if the soil pH is 6.0-7.0, the flowers will turn pink.
The next one is Desert Rose, at this neighborhood this flower is a common houseplant. Even so, I found a fact that this flower is poisonous. his plant produces a sap in its roots and stems that contain cardiac glycosides. The sap is commonly used as arrow poison for hunting large game throughout much of Africa and as a fish toxin.
The last recognized flower here is the orchid, this one of the oldest flowering plants comes in 2 colors (purple and yellow). based on the form of growth, I think there are 3 types of orchids in my parent's house. Here are the pictures.
The rest of the pictures that I'm going to share below were unidentified (by me), It would be lovely if some of you could tell me the family of these flowers.
