It's good to know you had another short walk! The place sounds serene. I also love seeing stone walls. In my town, we used to have a monument to our national hero atop a stone wall. It was a spiral structure, so to go down, you had to circle the wall. It was quite tall and a landmark, especially loved by children because of its unique shape. Sadly, the local government demolished it, citing safety concerns. If I could recommend something, I would suggest rehabilitating the structure instead. I think that's where my love of the stone wall bloomed.
