Good heavens, that snow is incredible! We don't get any snow here where we live.
When it snows up in the mountain (Drakensberg) everybody from here rushes up to the foot of the mountain if it snows that low. But it will only be a couple of inches max.
The rock seat in your photo makes me think of a spot on the Comrades Marathon route. It is also a piece of rock on the side of the road that forms a natural seat. a gut by the name of Arthur used to use it as a point to get some rest. Today it is known as "Arthur's seat".
I would be glad to just see snow on the mountains right now lol
