Last Sunday's third stage of our local mountain bike marathon competition was insane! Fifty kilometers of pure cross winds and sand. And more sand! And finished with sand. I'm not the type of wind hero (rather prefer the climbs), so performance wasn't on par. Ended up 7th on my cathegory, which broufht me down from 4th to 6th overall. Last stage is in November, so gotta work like hell.
