They are very advanced here in the medical fields, as since Dr. Barnard did the world's first heart transplant, the scientists have continued with new developments. South Africa was also the first to identify the contents of the Covid 19 germ. I think that I prefer the pill camera instead of that radioactive scan and yes, we pray that it will be the solution 🙏

Yep, they are stubborn and spiteful as they think that they own the road. That heading for the fast line immediately is also a curse here, as a trail of fast cars can sit behind a guy in pram (we call slow cars prams here) who thinks that his car is fast 🤣

Another worry now, as this morning I awoke with excruciating pain in my right hip and my leg. Went to the Chiropractors and they tortured the sore muscle, telling me that it is a pinched nerve in my back.
What a wonderful way to start the day 😊

Oh, I know this kind of pain - I have had a pinched nerve in my back and the pain was from my left shoulder till the fingers. It was like someone sticking a knife in my arm twisting it on the bone 😨 hopefully the chiropractor can help you.
I wrote about my day in the beginning - I didn't have any pain, but the work was painful 😅

Lucky you to get so much sleep, as I had only 4 hours of sleep last night.
Time flies my friend when one is kept constantly busy and the van is waiting for your retirement, so stay busy and leave the sleeping to me 🤣 !LOLZ
Well that little man in the pill will not smell too good when he gets home, and I feel sorry for his wife that has to smell him every day 😥
I could scarcely walk yesterday and you are right, as it is like sticking a sharp knife in the bone. So I am tired and let's hope that I can get better sleep tonight 😟

My son's car (the Golf) is broken the clutch doesn't work anymore. Luckily it happened on a parking lot not far from home, so a tow truck towed him home and now we are waiting for our friend to have a look at it. Hopefully it's not too bad.

Sunday night it started with a sore right hip and on Monday morning I couldn't walk without severe pain in my right leg. Went to a Biokinetic center and it was pure torture as they worked on the leg muscles. Sadly they couldn't fix it and so it worsened on Tuesday and Wednesday. A Chemist gave me a Voltaren injection and it helped for 6 hours of the day. Then it was back to the pain again and today I saw a doctor who gave me some new medicines to take tonight. Hopefully it works as my brain is foggy and I shake due to the lack of sleep. I simply cannot concentrate, and my thoughts are all over the place.
I sound like the walking wounded, as first the critical low iron count and now the pinched nerve !LOLZ
The doctor is trying to arrange a way for me to have the camera pill procedure done at a government hospital, but they have long waiting lists and he said that I could wait for months before it's my turn.
The thing is that my eldest sister had a cyst on her ovary and they not only sent her from hospital to hospital, but she was also put on a waiting list. Sadly she died before they could do the operation to remove the cyst last year.
Ach! Maybe the clutch plate is gone and they will have to put a new one in. Not a nice job as the oil has to be drained through the sump and then clutch section of the engine has to be dismantled. I did my own clutch plate replacement on my Ford that I had many years ago. So I hope that it is not the clutch plate.

Oh, my friend, I'm afraid there's nothing I can say that would be able to make you feel better. The pain is too hard and that's not fair.
Aren't there any exercises you can make like I had to do when my neck hurt?
I wished I would know a way to get you in front of the waiting list, but it would be the same here in Austria.
When I had my neck pain my doctor sent me to the hospital for a magnetic resonance imaging but there I would have had to wait for weeks. So I went to a private clinic where I got an appointment right the next day. The MRI at the hospital would have been free but the private clinic cost some money that I didn't get back from my insurance company. But it wasn't that much money and even if it had been more, painfully waiting for weeks would have hurt me more than making an unexpected expense.
It's the "clutch master cylinder" if that's the right translation of that thing. Our friend has already ordered that part and hopefully next week my son will have his car back because he doesn't like to drive my wife's Beetle 😉 !LOLZ
