RE: A short story of my trip to Venice, Italy - Story-telling Moment with photographs

Back then... are we really that old?

I guess I am getting old, whenever I see the new generation, I feel like an age-old fella... 🤣

They give you no time to actually look at all the details of a place, especially if you have a creative eye and want to take tons of pictures

That's the actual disadvantage, they talk, explain, and then start walking again. I can't do everything together and I can't focus on what they are saying when the group is huge in a crowded spot. I understand that they have limited time and also our tour guide was exhausted because per day she attends a minimum of 3-4 groups in Venice during summer. It's exhausting for them and for us too.

I want to care about what they're telling me, but.... I don't

Me too but I can't...

I can't imagine having to answer the same questions over and over, too, and act like it's the first time they've ever heard it and pretend to be so excited to answer.

Definitely a job I never want!
