Quite a good post for a comment but I think you may have misunderstood the point I was trying to get to! I share the same beliefs as you for sure. I treat the janitors with the same respect as the directors. If they treat me like shit I don’t reciprocate unless provoked but I treat all with the same dignity we deserve! I work very well with my colleagues and I’ve got many great work relationships. Some have been very challenging but we’ve overcome our hurdles I think and are on a better path but I have thankfully had very few people at work I would consider “enemies”. Certainly less than 5, and I’ve worked with hundreds of people over the years!
