Networking with the people has been great. I don't work in the trenches so to speak any longer outside of these side gigs so I lost touch with a bunch of the people I worked with before and the people who I used to talk with every day have moved on and out. It's good to keep my feet into these things, it provides enjoyment as well as exposure to the work that I love to do, but through promotions and others, don't get to do as much any longer. That's how things work though, and it's important to be open and available to opportunities as they arise but at the same time keep the work ethic consistent.
