RE: Hustling for More Hustles

in WorkLife2 years ago

That's great to hear that your hard work has paid off and you've been offered another job! It sounds like you're a valuable asset to your team and I'm sure you'll be a great addition to the new company as well.

I agree that work ethic is so important, especially these days. It's easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of everyday life, but it's important to remember that hard work pays off. If you're willing to put in the effort, you'll be rewarded with success.

I'm also glad to hear that you're building a network of colleagues. This is a great way to stay connected with people in your field and learn about new opportunities. I'm sure your network will continue to grow and benefit you in the future.

Networking with the people has been great. I don't work in the trenches so to speak any longer outside of these side gigs so I lost touch with a bunch of the people I worked with before and the people who I used to talk with every day have moved on and out. It's good to keep my feet into these things, it provides enjoyment as well as exposure to the work that I love to do, but through promotions and others, don't get to do as much any longer. That's how things work though, and it's important to be open and available to opportunities as they arise but at the same time keep the work ethic consistent.
