Today in My "Health Vlog" Section I tried to signify the importance of adding dietary fibre rich foods and supplements to your diet.
Many of us experience chronic constipation due to low amount of dietary fibre in our diet plan.Thats why different kinds of complications arises including constipation.Due to chronic constipation Piles,Anal fissure or even appendicitis may also occur.

Fiber is important for health, but probably there are also people who can not consume too much of it because of health reason.

@putu300 Consuming too much is not good Specially people who have flatulence and diarrhoea predominant IBS.But a healthy person need a certain amount of fibre in their diet to remain healthy overall.
