For today's #2020Vision challenge I hurl a squashy yellow ball at a wall of my room and try to catch it.
This is part of my full workout, which I completed today after I stopped filming this. I throw the ball at the wall at the beginning of the workout and then between each set.
I hurl the ball at the wall, 3 times with the right arm and 3 times with the left. If I drop the ball I go back to the beginning and throw three more times with whichever arm had thrown the ball that I failed to catch. Sometimes it can take a while to complete the exercise, especially when throwing with my left arm.
However, for the video things went relatively smoothly with only one drop and a total of nine throws to complete the exercise.

What a great exercise to improve your coordination. I wonder how many of us would drop the ball trying this! :D
Hi @kambas83, thanks for popping by! I was expecting the video to be quite a bit longer as I often drop the ball. After I finished the video I did my full workout, and half way through I was droppng the ball a lot! Then, later on, I managed some quick one-hand catches, which are always very satisfying!
