RE: Builders and breakers

Oh, I read what you said about the northerner and I was all over that profile. It actually made me a little sad that he was fake, although I did mention that to several people in the beginning.

I am a builder, sort of. I am a slow and steady builder, nothing big or bold about my movement here, just as consistent as time allows. Our legacy platform really got me down with all those bid bots. I never used one, but, it was truly gut-wrenching to watch people buy their reps after I worked my butt off climbing. Nowadays, they walk in with a 55 or 60 rep. What?? That took me a long time to get that. I'm over it.

I like to see people do well, and I will help people where I can. I see you help people all day long, one of the reasons you are so successful in life. You need to see people working for it and not begging for it and I have come around to that way of thinking. It sits with me better and I think it is better in the long run.

I have learned a lot from you and just so you know, it is appreciated. I missed the question, didn't I? ;)

Me too, he seemed like a good one but it's so hard to know. I was most pleased to drop 100% downvotes on him once he was exposed though.

You're a builder, definitely.

Legit Swigs, I agree completely. I just clicked over to a rep of 81 organically, no buy of rep or votes, and I wonder if people actually know how damned difficult it is.

I'm really pleased to see your second-last paragraph; it made me smile. I do what I do, some notice and others just see me downvoting bad actors, and try to penalise me for it. That comes with the territory though, and every time I return rewards to the pool I think of the person who probably deserves it more than who I took it from. That's how I deal with it in my head. I'm also pleased to know that you need to see people working for the rewards you give the, or the general support. A blockchain that does otherwise won't last long. Still, the opposite happens as some accounts don't care, they just want the curation. It's not my style though.

And I you. Sometimes you've tempered my more...shall we say hardcore reactions and responses. What would the Swigly one do has come to mind a few times. So, thank you.

I missed the question, didn't I? ;)

You totally did. Spazz. But it's ok, you know I don't mind, the response was more than valid regardless.
