Not experienced that, but imagine it can be very frustrating as I have had runarounds with simple customer AI like trying to move a phone number or sign up for something. Hopefully, you can weather the storm and get your moneys back !PIMP !hiqvote !SLOTH

Glad for you that it's not something you dealt with yet.. Keep it that way lol.
After spending so much time sending all the requested screenshots, I received a response not long after that I could open a case for every items separate (75 or so in total, lol).
Not sure if I will go there, maybe when I'm bored I will do a few at once but most likely I will just use my time differently. Not worth it so it seems.
