Oh gosh now I want to know who had a go at you! Nice way to vent back! Hendrickdegrote... gosh I recall that name! I wonder what happened to him. Funny old place, HIVE. At least there's people like you around 😘

Ok so I might get all giddy, smiley, laughy when Riverflows stops by. Thanks for checkin me out.
Hendrick, that account was big time back then but they're even bigger now. I figured that was Ned or steemit Inc. or one of them.
Glad my you appreciate my vent. 💖 I received one apology so far, wasn't expecting that!
Sorry I don't stop by more often, thanks for not biting my hide off about it. You're always refreshing.
Oh I'd never do that. I write a lot - it's hard to keep up with me, plus, you aren't expected to love all the crap I write ahah! Aw, that's sweet you got an apology. Everyone makes mistakes. I like the way you dealt with it - no tagging or name calling, just a way of expressing how you felt with just a little bit of anger, but nothing that wouldn't simmer down in the end. :) Kisses back.
This is what I mean. You're just so dang sweet!
When I see you I envision yoga on top of the van and wonder why Tasmania over England only cuz we're scheduled for England. Speaking of, they're paying ridiculously over starting price here too. I don't even call it asking anymore, it's a starting price.
Oh I know, it so is! Here in Vic, we have bidding, so the realo (Aussie for real estate agent) will let you know the current bid and give you a chance to beat it, auction style, until you are the last man standing. In Tassie, it's more like a secret ballot - everyone puts in a bid and it goes to the highest. So the 1.1 house we were looking at, which we would have stretched to 1.15 mil, went for 1.3, because someone obviously had heaps of dosh and went 'fuck it, I want it'. Sigh. It's a sellers market - but that bodes well for selling our place!
I don't want to live in England - it's crowded, cold, and has it's own issues. I've lived there before and whilst I miss it awfully and love visiting there, I just want my breathing space near the wilds. Also, my family are here and I dont want to be that far away from them - at least from Tassie it's a quick flight from Hobart to Melbourne and I can be home in a few hours.
That killer flight from the UK - and now with the pandemic - that's rough. If we were rich we'd do half half. Maybe we still will, but need to get settled in our forever home first. Somethign easier to rent out with a smaller, more manageable garden, perhaps.
You're headed to England?
That. Elbow to elbow there, cold, and that white sky is worse than dreary. And on that note, yes. Funny. I love Brits though. Hence I married one. 💖
Yeah we're gonna get set up over there early next year. Pura's real sick and the US is the place you wanna be when you're real sick.
In a perfect world we'd land a flat, then two, rent them both out and have flexibility to tour between EU and where you are while calling UK home. Her family's all in California though so it's gonna be tough.
Hey at least you got the country part figured out, I can't sit still Riverflows I'm terrible at it. Those purchasing ideas I just said are all hers.
I mean, Spring in England can be freaking stunning! And hotter than you'd think! Last March I spent the entire time moaning and looking for swimming holes - I don't know if you recall me being stuck there!
I didn't know Pura was a Brit!!!!! How did I miss that? Whereabouts? Did you know I was married to one too? I'm so sorry to hear she was ill! I missed that too! Now I'm feeling really awful!
You don't know?! Have a nice life!! Maybe if you weren't so into your fuckin self all the time you'd have a.... I can't even fake it.
She's Brit/American, her dad was from Halifax. I say was, he died when she was 22. We've spent a lot of time in the north so that sky is the one I'm talking about. We were last there in August last year, like you say, we got off the train in London with our jackets and beanies on like "bright light! Bright light!" It was so nice in London.
Chronic pancreatitis. It's such a horrible disease. I wish I was faking that one.
