I don't know many people that like cauliflower, however you would be surprised to learn... it does not taste like cauliflower! Truly!! I would not lie to you even to get you to eat cauliflower! It was the strangest thing to taste it and have it not resemble it at all. I hope you will try it just out of curiosity because it is three ingredients to do the crust and then whatever you want for toppings. It couldn't be any easier than this.
If you happen to take a chance on it just a little side note, the cauliflower must be squeezed of the water right before you mix it with cheese. Well this sounds strange it's a very watery vegetable and you don't want to have a watery Pizza. I have to say that one of the biggest reasons that I swapped over is because the regular pizza always makes me feel overstuffed and probably I ate too much of it but this never does. On top of that it is low in carbs and that certainly does a body good. Thanks so much for being a part of Market Friday! You do know that I like you dropping the link for other people not myself! You are still a renegade Dan! LOL
#MarketFriday loves you!!
I believe you that it doesn't taste like cauliflower. In fact, I exaggerated a bit by saying I don't like cauliflower. I think it's more that I don't like the smell of it and now after the covid, I'm left with the affected smell, I think it's reduced to half, so maybe it won't bother me anymore. I can tell you that I like cauliflower schnitzel. I think the impression that I don't like comes from the smell of boiled cauliflower.
I'm a renegade! I like that...
I know you recommend posting the link for others to see. It's good this exposure, there's just one small condition. That you post the link before others read your post. I, unfortunately, am increasingly late and am posting the link for you, hoping you will read it.
We love #MarketFriday too!
