Tiene un tamaño mediano: de 17 a 20 cm, y posee colores verde, azul, amarillo y rojo-naranja, con poco dimorfismo sexual, el cual es bastante parecido al del periquito australiano. Son aves ruidosas y muy inteligentes, de excelente y rápido vuelo, muy sociables y bastante fáciles de domesticar.
It has a medium size: 17 to 20 cm, and has green, blue, yellow and red-orange colors, with little sexual dimorphism, which is quite similar to that of the Australian parakeet. They are noisy and very intelligent birds, with excellent and fast flight, very sociable and fairly easy to tame.
Tengo a mi Roquito desde que era pequeño, pero él ha crecido y está siendo cubierto por sus hermosas plumas y es muy manso, le gusta que lo cuiden.
I have had my Roquito since he was little, but he has grown up and is being covered by his beautiful feathers and he is very gentle, he likes to be cared for.
