HI ANIMAL LOVERS❤️

donatella sophia.png

this is Donatella Sophia a very photogenic and elegant kitten, her name is inspired by the great costume designer Donattela Versace and you will wonder why this name so curious, because as soon as I saw her I thought oh my god that elegance of the France. and immediately I gave her that name.

my story with donatella is very interesting and a bit funny and I am going to tell you about it.

It all started when I was studying and I heard a meowing, in my neighborhood, there have always been cats and they have always entered my house but I never paid attention to them, however with Donatella it was different when I saw her I thought what a beautiful baby I will give her chicken and from that moment on she did not want to leave.

when my mom saw her (a person who doesn't like cats I mean a person without life and happiness in her heart) the first thing she said to me was don't give her food because she will get used to being here and your dad won't accept her, but it was already too late I had already given her chicken and every time I could I gave her so she would stay here.

so Donatella spent the afternoons on my porch but when the night came she would go to an unknown place and I could hear her meowing at night and my only thought was NOOOO they are going to get her pregnant so I decided to find out how she got here and where she was going.

I asked my neighborhood watchman (who is quite nosy) when the kitten had arrived and what she did at night, It turned out that to my surprise the cat had been brought by my neighbor across the street from the church to keep her company since she lived alone so I wondered why if she brought the cat she doesn't keep her at home and well the truth is that she is a very austere neighbor so I started to make my own guesses and came to the conclusion that the lady turned a blind eye so that I would buy her food and take care of her while she brought her home at night to keep her company.

So from that moment on, the war with my neighbor started, I spent my time like crazy making sure she didn't go to her house (my parents wouldn't let me bring the kitten in) and I proceeded manipulating the chick so that it would love me more than my neighbor and stay on my porch but it didn't work.

Besides, my neighbor had given him another name, a common cat name "misy", I had given her a name worthy of his elegance.

I spent the afternoons with her, but at night she always disappeared and meowed loudly and then I started to worry more and more because she was a little older and I was scared that she was going to get pregnant and although I wanted to have a thousand kittens in my neighborhood they are not very fans and would end up abandoned and hungry so I took the decision to sterilize her.

so I went to the veterinarian but when they told me the cost of the operation I was dumbfounded in addition to all the care and medicines, deworming and others, I was saddened because I knew that I alone could not afford all that, I had more financial responsibilities such as paying for college and going to the doctor and I could not keep the kitten at least not without help.

so I talked to my parents but they refused to help me because as I mentioned they don't like cats, so I talked to my mortal archenemy, my neighbor and she agreed to pay all the costs of Donatella Sophia's operation and care plus deworming and that's how I understood and learned a great lesson: pets are not plush animals they need veterinary money, medicine and attention, it's not just giving them chicks and kibble, it's really taking care of all their needs and I understood that it was not the time for me to have a pet, not with my current economy and not at my parents' house the cat haters.

today Donatella "misy" is fine, sometimes she comes to me to be petted and lives happily with all the care and attention she deserves.

here are some pictures of when she was with me and without anyone noticing I would bring her into the house.

Hola amantes de los animales❤️

donatella sophia.png
