With the launch of POSH on Bluesky as @hivetrending announced recently, I figured I'd make a post to get people to connect with another here in the comments so we can build a community of sharers there.
First off, some quick info.
POSH on Bluesky works similar to how POSH worked on Twitter before Elon took over and made our API necessities cost $42,000/month. Whenever an account shares a hive link from our biggest front-ends in a "tweet" on bluesky, the bot will notice it and leave a comment under the shared post.
For now that's all it does, however with increased activity we will be implementing more things, such as:
Allowing people to connect their Hive username to their Bluesky account on hiveposh.com.
This allows us then to reward sharers with Hive rewards when the comments get upvoted as we'll know who the sharers are here on Hive.
We'll add POSH rewards on Bluesky shares as well, similar to the current 100 POSH going to @redditposh shares daily.
For now however let's connect with each other on Bluesky so we can support and spread awareness of our hive link shares and grow a big community the same way we did on Twitter!

I would not even have an account on X if it wasn't for spreading the word about Hive. Same will be so for Bluesky and I will create an account for just the same thing. I like that it is new and the folks there were looking to make a change in platform. With that mindset, what if they found out about Hive there your content is yours and you actually get rewarded for content and community building.

I had never heard of bluesky before, but I'm willing to give it a try and with the hiveposh incetives on top, I would love to bring more eyes to Hive.

That's a great initiative! I keep hearing about this platform (BlueSky) lately but never really got the interest into checking what's everything about. However, now I have one more reason to do it!!
