I really believe in this initiative by the way. I stumpled upon Hive in a similar way. Strowling around on the Internet when I saw a blogpost was worth money. Here I (still) am :D
Any good articles that are suitable to a specific sub. Old and new, some sub don't like old articles.

One tip to share with you: Get involved in Reddit comments or make direct Reddit posts so your feed doesn’t appear spammy or bot-like. Avoid overposting in a single subreddit—one post per day per subreddit is more than enough. Overposting in one sub can lead to a ban, and sharing Hive links excessively in one sub can result in hive links being blacklisted, preventing anyone from posting in that subreddit. Already started. The positive thing is that my account is 4tears old, the downside that I don't have karma. Trying to spread across several subreddits, so I am fine on that one.
Still figuring out what works and what doesn't, but I am improving :D
In the meanwhile trying to up my general and comment karma as well :D
Wow, that's good you have started. Yes, there is much to learn, but you'll find your little technique. It's great that you have four-year-old Reddit account. Your karma will naturally go up as you do activities in there. All the best. :)

Maybe one more question: do shares count which are eventually deleted by reddit mods?
They don't count for the contest but some deleted shares may get Redditposh rewards.
