Syria is a tough topic and a politically difficult country so it could be they (r/Syria) didn't want your share to be seen and heard in their community because [anything political]. Secondly, your account has low karma so some subreddits can ignore you for that reason (although really not many of them). As for r/BaliTravelTips, it's quite often to get nothing (1-3 upvotes) for sharing travel posts. So keep trying if you have time for that.
