RE: [Esp-Eng]Consejos para fomentar una alimentación sana en nuestros hijos/Tips to promote healthy eating in our children

Hello@ryivhnn!
How nice that you got results. In addition to helping us to maintain a healthy diet for our children, they also help us to share more with them, especially when they are children who have so many questions and occurrences. Something very true is what you say, maybe when they are teenagers they change their habits a little and they are influenced by their environment and prefer to eat out and not so healthy, I have heard from many friends that it has happened to them too. However, I believe that we should do everything possible so that they have a balance and take care of their health. Thank you very much for your comment, Greetngs!

We absolutely should, I think the good foundations do help as I was brought up eating real food, and when I moved out all I wanted to do was eat takeaway all the time (perhaps partly because it was always made out to be a "treat" and mostly because I hate cooking). I did that for maybe a year and then had to accept that the takeaway was gouging a lot out of my limited budget and also I felt crap eating takeaway all the time no matter how yummy it was XD and so went back to eating proper food.

We can only do our best :)

That's right my friend, we must do our best to eat healthier. I have also been one of those who like to buy a lot of food away from home, when I was studying that was what I did frequently. However, now I worry more about myself and my family and we hardly ever do that. Additionally we save money, we can share in the preparation and it's healthier. Greetings!
