Sort:

Awwwn! Thank you for the mention and also acknowledging my post. I'm grateful dear. ❤️

Nicely done on Comment Ranking @juecoree's comment on @officialuroga's post with the 100% UPvote! We also enjoyed reading your thoughtful comment as well!

Do you know anyone who attempts to do this thing called "Gaslighting"? Where does that term come from anyways? This is the first time we have heard of this... and it's really food for thought!

Likely someone with narcissistic tendencies wouldn't think twice about using these sorts of tactics within a relationship. But that's the problem with this sort of me first mentality. It destroys the relationship someone should be cherishing and buildingUP.

Do people "who gaslight" tend to reflect criticism back when the other partner expresses it? This would also indicate insecurity fundamentally. Not with the relationship but with themselves more than naught.

⚡️Congratulations! You now have 1 Comet Point in the 🔺 RankUP Mission Category!⚡️

We are looking forward to seeing you shine in all the other mission categories! ***

I never experience one ( as I am aware of). Maybe it did experience but I am not aware of.

I am not aware of the etymology of the term. I think @officialuroga's comment cleared where it was coined first and why it was coined.

@officialuroga's comment on its etymology

"The term "gas light" actually first originate from a 1938 play with the title "gas light", it tells s story of a very manipulative husband."

Thank you so much for your comment, and the many lovely questions asked too. Let's get right into it, I have clearly meet so many persons that always gaslight others, and I am glad I could manage myself with such persons, they can be really manipulative. The term "gas light" actually first originate from a 1938 play with the title "gas light", it tells s story of a very manipulative husband. You can research more on that so see how the term form. People who gaslight rare find themselves in a situation where they are the one being gaslighted so if the partner did get to express gaslighting back to them, it's obvious party are just being manipulative to each other, which happen to be a rare case. It's always a case of a victim and a bully most of the time though and the victim really suffer in such situations. Thank you for your amazing questions.

Hi @cescajove!

I'm so glad that your here making good things happen in the comments section of peoples posts! Your doing GREAT and basically your right on track!

For comment ranking I did notice that you UPvoted @juecoree's comment at 100% which was great! This is how we do it at @Comet.Ranker! ☄️

So the only tweak that could be made is the subsequent UPvoted comment (the comment you UPvoted just bellow the top one) could also be voted at 100% just secondarily to the comment you initially liked best!

But please keep in mind! To complete the RankUP Comet Mission you only need to UPvote 1 comment at 100% to qualify!

Buuuuuut! That being said... It's a lot more fun and impactful if you vote all of the ones you like best but it is by no means a requirement!

So yes!!! Congratulations on completing your first RankUP Mission! Nicely done!!! 🙌
