Where did you get stuck? Steps are:
- Send Steem. They give you a memo code and you send it to ionomy
- Buy Bitcoin with Steem in the market
- Buy Hive for Bitcoin in the market
- Send Hive to yourself. There is email confirmation for this.

Sorry for the long time for a response.
I wasn't sure how to start and get Steem into Ionomy. Thanks for the help, I will try it out and see how it goes.
Maybe try a small amount first. @dickturpin had an issue with the funds disappearing when he tried it, but all my transfers have been okay so far.
