(Many accounts that were caught for abuse are not blacklisted)

I've seen that. It's a long list :)
And it is also useless! It tells me a username, not why the username is on the blacklist or even incorporates the 'link' to the offending post. Come on, guys, if you're gonna do this, do it right. Your current methods leave you open to accusations.
