I think it might help to show the account names on the list. Otherwise it is not too informative and hovering over the link to see it is not ideal.
I'd love to see an extension that shows details of any blacklisting when we view an account. There used to be one I used on The Other Chain, but not seen it mentioned recently.

(Many accounts that were caught for abuse are not blacklisted)
I've seen that. It's a long list :)
And it is also useless! It tells me a username, not why the username is on the blacklist or even incorporates the 'link' to the offending post. Come on, guys, if you're gonna do this, do it right. Your current methods leave you open to accusations.
