I feel like I'm late to the party having just seen this. One question I have is how did this happen to you?
There were lots of people who lost their homes in the housing crisis and some of them ended up homeless too. And it's frightening to see there appears to be another housing bubble.
The answer to that is pretty lengthy, in short it was a tiny little hole in the law that we slipped thru. I will go into greater detail about that in another post in this series I am currently working on :)
