Hello steemit! Today i want to share how to make fermented tea at home from fruits trees.( you can use raspberry, cherry, apple, pear trees and many more )
1.Take leaves and put on a linen cloth or paper and leave them for 5-6 hours.
2.Then take meat grinder and process all leaves through it .
3.Cover your bowl with gauze or towel. and Let them ferment . Temperature need to be 25-27 C and process will take 6-7 hours .
4.Now put the tea on a baking tray into oven and dry it at a low temperature with the door open. Until you can break your tea with hands without effort.
5.Our tea is ready put it into jar and enjoy it through winter.
Also you can add berries for more tasty and aromate tea.
very interesting. Although, I'm not sure why you would want to make fermented tea in the first place ahha.
Tea is the leaf of tea tree, right.
So hibiscus tea and many are in the market,
like your apple and other teas . good.
Nice , thanks for posting and sharing
Seems so good, does it taste very good?
yep its good
No way! I had no idea you could make a tea out of the leaves of fruit trees! We have an old orchard on our new property that has a dozen apple and pear trees. Does trying the tea out after fermenting them kill any beneficial microbes you get from the fermentation, or do you ferment them to add to the taste of the tea? Thanks for sharing! I'm going to go harvest everything I can today! I love discovering new ways of using what I already have!
hey :) yes you need to ferment leaves to make them into tea( if you ferment them not much then its green tea, if more then its black and if even more then its like puare) , its chemical process with influence of oxygen , so all juice of leaves oxidate. plus it gives tea more aromate .
Excellent that you speak of tea of that type, I had never even heard of its existence. And I am a person who usually drinks tea because of health issues and not so much for reasons of taste.
Thanks for sharing @darksandr
