I've actually been working on a map today of where we have trees planted and their types, here is a snippet for some of the varieties we already have growing:

What are you going to be planting in your orchard?

Probably going to start with the basics - apple, plum, & pear hopefully this summer :)

That's a good place to start. That is what we did the first few years. Every spring I hop around from store to nursery looking for good, inexpensive trees of different varieties. Since they take so long to produce, we consider it an investment and the sooner we get them planted, the better. As of today we have ~60 fruit and nut trees/shrubs. It will probably take 40-50 more to fill up that one area.
