it really is. I wish we wasn't on a short time frame so we could really do what we want and save even more money but it is what it is. Never thought I would need to ask my landlord do you have a restrictive FHA, does your mortgage allow you to rent out your home? Sucks that we now are rushing to finish our house we were told we would get to stay till our house was done. We have been here for nearly 4 years to find out we have 30-60 days before we have to be out if we are lucky we may have a little longer. The house is suppose to be done by the first week of November we will see, I am so worried about being homeless even for a week (though we would be able to stay with friends or family or even a hotel room, but I don't want to do that not after the money we have spent already)
