It's a false analogy as a country, the United States had only delegated powers over the borders in case of invasion, which is to say invading army, not a senseless analogy to immigration, which they had and still have NO powers delegated to them, and you're thinking that people actually have the power to say you cannot immigrate because of the power people have to say you cannot invade, and comparing the behemoth that's government and the false belief that nationalization is immigration or in case of invasion has anything to do with invasion to people and their dwelling, because if you let people in the county you must let them have free reign over your house.
