I got more than 35GB data of proofs (air and soil analytics; photographys; videos; timelapses; official statements from officials; official documents of governments) that proof climate engineering.
If this on the picture is caused by it too is not up to me to decide. It's up to every single human being! In my eyes yes - but everyone can and should decide on his own ❤

Meteorologists call climate engineering "seeding". So that's why people think you're confused, just by reading your post it seems you're lacking all the scientific terms for this type of science.
Just because you use the terms scientists have created doesn't mean you endorse their actions either.
And yeah. I know how geo-engineering works. That's not it. Sure the hell is not what HARRP is about. There are actual example such as sky resorts or desert regions, and they are rarely secretive about it, when they are its due to financial reasons and not wanting people to steal their science untilt hey can profit off of it. Not HARRP tho. That's just a tin hat scapegoat. You're the person taking a cloud too seriously. A cloud type seen long before HARRP was every built or thought of.
