Hi! I'm excited to be here. First I believe the fitness industry has already KILLED the word "diet". They have framed the reality of that world to mean a "tool" to use for weight loss. However sustainable weight loss does not involve a tool.
It involves improving your relationship with food. So, as long as you use the diet word as applied to any way of eating, it will not be sustainable. I have a video about this here
So with that said, eating less carbohydrates does cause weight loss. However it is usually not sustainable for everyone.
For marijuana, I am a big fan of moderation :)
Thanks bro. Yeah I agree it is not sustainable. My bro and girlfriend hop on and off it every known again just to lose a few pounds at the end of winter.
as for the weed... I can't stop myself and probably what you would call a over indulger. .
Anyhoo, I look forward to checking out your content.
