3D printing already spread out, many of companies and designers use it for prototypes and even for endproduct. VR is still try to figure out how to being usefull in design, production and shopping habit. Tilt Brush by google try to change our habits of using digital drawing/modeling tools. And yes thanks to VR, there are some companies let their users view products in their house before buying it. But there is some issues about perspective, quality of render and disaccord of light in product and their home. I think it still got too much to improve. But I like the idea of VR could lead products to be more customisable, when it doesn't fit I should add or remove some parts of it, or change some of parameters like number of shelves or their height etc. In Turkey VR is mostly using for social responsibility projects, like sight seeing for physically handicapped people, and some art installations
