It covers mostly taking advantage of the Starbucks/Target discounts using Airbitz and also using Purse for Amazon. Basically that part of the guide covers going from SD/Steem --> Bitcoin and then you can use the other guide on Airbitz to go from Bitcoin --> Dollars here: https://airbitz.co/go/savemoney/
