Are you shooting around Tolderol game reserve? if i'm not at Point Sturt, i spend time down there behind the rods hiding in the reeds. i tend to stay away in duck hunting season due to the fact i don't feel safe. Went down a few weeks ago for a look, you now have to pay $15 to stay the night and book in advance!
Not far from it, I'm lucky enough to have some private property around the place to shoot from.
Its a good spot in there though, plenty of bloody reeds to keep you covered! Thats a fair call about staying away but if they're shooting into the reeds they shouldnt own a firearm.
and if we have to pay 15 dollars to stay in the area and keep it open to game hunters and fishers, i say money well spent!
