Awesome! HIIT is my favorite! Huge fan of sprints...especially on the stair master. I like to add a resistance band for fun. Enjoy your workout!!

I have a 13 year old sheltie and he's my favorite! Thinking my next dog will either be a Rottweiler or german shepherd. Im a big fan of any dog that resembles a teddy bear lol
