@bettyboob - You are truly my kind of dreamer! The most thrilling amusement park ride of my childhood was the water slide. The roller coaster made my heart stop, but the water slide took me just where I wanted to go faster than I'd ever thought of getting there.

Tell your husband @Fitzgibbon (if you can still find him in the kitchen) to hire a landscape architect to expand and redesign the garden around the new swimming pool and window slide with very tall shade plants covering the area. Then wake up, strip down, slide into the pool from the window and combine your morning swim with your morning shower! That's for the two of you.
Meantime, your daughter has the right idea-- build it and take it with you. The world is still a big and beautiful place (before someone blows it up), so live all over it if you can. "I'm with her."
