RE: My Introduceyourself post, finally, my apologies for the delay

vit. D is a good example of things taught/learned in pharmacy school 37 years ago. Its (vit d) has changed quite a bit during those last 37 yrs.
query on Canadian health system. Are you able to get tests easily to monitor your vitamin d level? Have you had yours checked?
You mention chlorella, have you checked or considered spirullina?
Negative of spirullina is iron. Not really remembering about Wahl protocol but wondering if the organ meat has something to do with the iron?
Sprouting, hmm...does anyone do any sprouting with hemp seeds?
I am sure if you are specializing in holistic nutrition, you are way more ahead of the curve than me on some of these things.
I'd love to do something coaching online, but have a lot of catching up knowledge base wise. Research is lacking or at least I should say I am not aware of any journals on this, pharmaceutical to nutritional, what are some trusted journals that you are aware of or accesss?
Oh boy, the opiod to cannabis switch, that's a biggy. SSRI's are one of those pet peeves of mine. The lack of help from MD's, I suspect as you , that they aren't familiar, but are beholding and worshiping at the alter of pharmaceuticals.
Now that we are close to writing a book on this, I have to ask the question, should we be taking this off line in chat? Or is it appropriate on the Blockchain?
And. 1 question what do you know about the mute button and how does it work. Can you point me to anything recent? Seems like a search has not been very helpful to me, or else I'm not searching correctly.

The mute button is used to help you keep your home page more organized if you have someone who posts a lot of short posts all day long that don't really interest you. You can mute them so that their posts won't be in your face. This lets you un-mute them too whenever you want and it can be a nicer option than unfollowing them completely, which you can do also.
Yes, I am happy to take this conversation off-line into Steem Chat. I think if we come-up with a good idea, we might get other Steemers involved and write a specific post about it to share the ideas. I would love to see an app developed that contains a list of common prescription drugs and over the counter medicines with recommendations made about how to integrate cannabis. For example, can you safely ingest cannabis and anti-histamines or allergy medications? (I have no idea, if this is safe or not and I think that it wouldn't even cross a person's mind.)
I have read that cannabis will either improve a prescription drug's efficiency or it will impair it. Allegedly cannabis is stronger than grapefruit and shouldn't be mixed with meds for high blood pressure. Not many people are likely to know that. If we work together and develop an app with help from other Steemers who know how to do this, it could be a fantastic contribution to humanity.
Yes on the vit d. testing. It's a blood test and I usually go twice a year. October -November and April-May.

Thanks for the "mute" info, I will experiment around with it. I use Steemit by laptop, iPad and iPhone and I've noticed that sometimes I'll follow someone with my iPad and then find out latter on my laptop that they are not tagged follow. I also really like the eSteem app, but it has been crashing so much on me.
I am not averse to trying to get something together app wise on drug/cannabis interactions it sounds like I great idea.
