I know quite a few Musicians who should have extra cash to invest as they have acquired amplifiers and other Gear from me without paying for it! ( My Bad for trusting them) As I was typing this, all power went off for the night, cannot remember what I was adding . Have a Great 2018.

Legally agreeing to pay me off over 3 months , One did pay me off , took over 2 years! Most of these Guys took the stuff and then traded it in on something else , so you could never , go get it back again. I own a Sound Treated rehearsal Room for Bands , with lots of Gear in it. In my youth I would probably have organised a brief Hospital Stay for them. With age I have become more tolerant?, but in the end it is my own stupidity , and being more gullible to sad tales of misfortune!
The worst have been Pastors of (so called ) Christian Communities . Anyhow , won't ever happen again.
Woah. Sounds like you've got quite a few stories to tell. I suppose you're stronger for it though. Are you still involved in the music sphere or have you had enough?

Loads of admin, little reward, time managment, you're running around while other create music and you don't. Not easy, my drummer at the time was running it with me, was cool for awhile but then we ended up getting scammed by the landlord as he ducked with one month's worth of rent and the owner held it against us cause they could catch his employee... all I wanted to do was have a stable place to play music you know?
Membership based , sounds like a Good Idea? Sorry about you being taken! I am fortunate in that I owned the premises, now I stay at my Son's place , so pretty much the same. I am considered to be a pretty good lyricist , if you know of any one who is more into melodies? My earliest posts were some lyrics I had done.
