You make dua while offering prayers that "Oh Allah remove my anger from my heart" This one is the simple way to make dua on your regular prayers because Allah listens to your voice and gives to you answers your prayers. We should always do prayers after every Salah for the best guidance of Allah.

Another is a simple way you can say in Arabic words "أَعُوْذُ بِاللّٰهِ مِنَ الشَّيْطٰانِ الرَّجِيْمِ" and in English words you can say "I seek refuge with ALLAH, protect me from Shaitan. In that way, your anger will go away and you feel relaxed from being stressed. Drink a glass of water and take yourself to relax don't get too much tense.

Keep yourself calm and silent when someone says something worst to you, might be they lose their self-control then you don't say any words back to them. Our Prophet Muhammed(peace be upon him) said, if a person gets angry let him keep silent don't do much more discussion.

If you do too much anger it's not good for your mental health it causes some dangerous effects on your mental health but you have to find a good way then you have to self-control on yourself easily. Sometime it will create harmful situation for peoples those who becomes anger with others. But we have the ways that we can find out how to deal with it.
