In the face of Japan's new "Anti-Conspiracy" legislation, there are a few things I want to make known, and to be burned into the blockchain.

Apparently all my taxation is theft posts (in English and Japanese) can now render me classified as an "accessory to terrorism." Yippee.

...potentially terrorism-related charge for even planning or discussing on social media the acts of: Copying music; Conducting sit-ins to protest against the construction of apartment buildings; Using forged stamps; Competing in a motor boat race without a license; Mushroom picking in conservation forests; Avoiding paying consumption tax. The stated rationale of the government is that these now-illegal acts, such as copying music to CDs or foraging for mushrooms in conservation forests, could be used to fund terrorist activities. Hence, planning or thinking about them is bad. If this sounds like the Thought Police, that's because it is.

SOURCE.

Did you do a fucking monster facepalm 🤦‍♂️ after reading about terrorists picking mushrooms and burning Avril LaVigne CDs to fund their heinous acts??? HAHAHAHAHHA. Haaaaaaaa. Siiigh <------IS THIS LAUGHTER ALSO AN ACCESSORY TO TERRORISM???

I guess I am posting this just to make a few things known in case shit hits the fan here sometime. I'm not planning for it, but one never knows. I am no good at keeping my mouth shut about the state, either, so this is what I am doing.

1. I am not suicidal.

2. I love my family.

3. If I ever did get nabbed for some bullshit charge, and you wanted to help, my wife knows how to use crypto and is on here as @mslight2016st.

You could also contact friends and family through my page Voluntary Japan on Facebook, and my YouTube channel.

I guess some might think it is a bit overboard to make a post like this. I guess I would rather be proactive in this realm. Now that it is in the blockchain, it's there for good, pretty much.

I am pretty vocal over here, and though most of it is in English, some is in Japanese. We also do not vaccinate, and will be following through with the unschooling plan for my son, so we are a big anomaly in this country. Not alone, but still the extreme rarity and thus perhaps more visible than others.

Courts have ruled in the past that the right to free speech "granted" by the Japanese constitution does not apply to non-Japanese.

I love it here, and plan on staying, but this Draconian shit is giving me a stomachache.

Any countries worth moving to? Suggestions? Panama?

I'll come & break you out if necessary ... I'll start building our escape submarine now.

Excellent. This means the world to me man!

@mslight2016

"User Not Found." 😐

Doh! Just fixed it. Thanks. @mslight2016st

Japan sounds interesting!!!

"Competing in a motor boat race without a license" - this is terrorist activity? xD
illegal? maybe, but terrorist? wahahaha

I wonder if motor-boating boobies is an act of terror...hmmm....

oh no bro rip "I wonder"

lol!!

LOL

I think... Do you have some consideration about South Korea? Koreans in my opinion are a lot more open to the world than the Japanese. And at the same time have a lot of common too.

Do you currently live in Japan?
Ths new legislation is ridiculous.
These damn mushroom pickers are terrorists

Yes, I do. Ridiculous, right?

Are you serious, man??? I know, that Japanese are strange at all, but that exceeds the limits! You are sooo teroristic! OMG

Stay positive bro!

The world has gone crazy, indeed. Where do we move to now?

some might think it is a bit overboard to make a post like this.

I'm not one of that "some"
Good you did this post.

Better safe than sorry! Good idea to record this on the blockchain. With regard to moving to another country, I think you could best take a look at your crowdsourcing clarity post about the most libertarian countries in the world :)

I was going to say...what about leaving? I'm in Ecuador right now. It's ok, but I do want to try somewhere else soon.

Americans have lost their most of their freedoms to the "it might happen" argument. You "might" be planning for something bad, you might get hurt, you might hurt someone. It's really sad to see how weak and scared we really are.

EDIT: Whoops. Sounded like you were in the states to me. Well, it still applies to the states, to a lot of countries guess. People are sheep. It's pretty sad. :(

Interesting. How's Ecuador, from a libertarian perspective?

Well, as far as a police state goes, it seems to be pretty non-existent. Police don't want to mess with you, they consider it a pain in the ass (they are lazy in the best way- haha). And while there are more cameras up now than there used to be, most places do not have cameras. Government sponsored cameras (street lights, etc.) are almost non-existent. They really don't have the means to put out the surveillance systems that are running in the states.

One bad thing, they do random car stops and inspections. Usually just cops hoping to find a way to shake you down for a small bribe. So if you have a car and drive you're going to bump into cops, other than that, not ever.

The last President put the nation in debt to China and upped gov spending big time, so now people are getting pissed at some of the inflation that is happening, a real estate bubble I think as well. The new president is continuing the same policies but he almost lost to more of a capitalist in the last election. Hopefully this guy will be gone in the next election.

They say Peru is doing well...

"Copying music to CDs"

TIL almost everyone in my generation is a terrorist. lmao

Maybe Taiwan? They're a zone that has pretty little regulation, basically floating the Chinese economy if I understand it right.

That's interesting. I had a friend visit Taiwan and say it was great. I know nothing about the government, though.

Definitely look into it! It's part of the One China policy, but it functions basically the opposite of China, a business haven.

W....T.....F. That's crazy. This world is a trip. Jesus. 😡

You said it.

It's not overboard, it's planning. Sounds even more like the "belly of the beast" I had mentioned a few weeks ago. Stay strong and keep fighting (in a non-threatening, non-offending, State supportive type of way, of course). ;)

Lol. Thanks ;)

Tonga? Fiji? Indonesia. Peru. Belize. Costa Rica? Good luck whatever you do and stay safe.

japanese government

WTF, I'm afraid for you. In any case you have a lot of courage. The world lacks people like you. Bravo. I hope nothing is going to happen to you

Gotta keep doing me! Thanks. I appreciate it.

Thanks for bringing this to our collective attention, it is very important that we know these kinds of things. Upvoted and resteemed.

That's crazy man. The more the voluntary and agorist movements grow, the more legislation is passed that gets closer to 1984, dystopian ministry of love bullshit. Almost seems like the big bad state is threatened.

Agreed. It's like the boss on a video game after you damage him significantly. He gets mad and pulls out some new crazy bullshit moves.

Bad news. These terrorists were in the NY subways 15 years ago. They were selling burned DVDs at $5 a pop. Funneling it to the landlord mafia, no doubt.

They were top quality bootlegs. Plastic cases and home-printed DVD case inserts, cut to size. The Hispanic bootlegging ring in Queens was industrious and had strict quality control.

This reminds me of the locked up abroad tv show. I hope the best for you and keep fighting the good fight!

I hope you gonna post more posts like this ! :)

Well, There is Liberland, although "moving" there is a little difficult right now.

How can those monsters do that?! I mean aren't they also humans? How can someone pick up mushrooms?! Don't they care about poor defenseless mushrooms' families?

Sorry to hear that the state threatens to encroach on your life... but that's what government does... breaks your leg then hands you a crutch and expects you to be thankful.

What about Permanent Traveler status? We're formulating a plan to bring the brightest minds to Acapulco for four months out of the year. That way we can collaborate on how to do everything better. We'd love to have you down here.
