I think you're onto a pretty good system there! Especially the part that you only have to change ONE price tag if you decide to adjust your prices.
Having done a LOT of fair/festival trade with my painted rocks over the years, I love the idea of having everything standardized and "in a box." Folding tables; everything laid out in your bins... and you're in business. Pop-up tent optional.
I have ziplock sandwich bags with similar items, and each item in its own smaller baggie with its tag. I can grab a plastic folding table and folding chair and I am ready to roll! I have thought about getting a pop-up canopy, but I am aiming at actually selling stuff when there is an indoor Christmas season craft sale at a neighboring community center.
