Another day come and gone!

Well its that time of day again, and now I am ghosting the Tinder girl that I had high hopes for. Am I an asshole or is this just the easiest way to let a bad situation go. I am feeling rather stressed, and meditation isn't quite helping right now. My stress is affecting my sleep as well as my learning, making it hard to stay productive, but I just got to fight on though!

I find that when I am feeling stressed, it's because of something I know I should be doing but am not.

Not saying this is the case here, but maybe take a step back, journal about your stress, then try to find what's really stressing you out. I find I get the best results when I just keep asking why whatever this is is making me feel stressed. After about 3 answers I usually find it.
