I find that when I am feeling stressed, it's because of something I know I should be doing but am not.
Not saying this is the case here, but maybe take a step back, journal about your stress, then try to find what's really stressing you out. I find I get the best results when I just keep asking why whatever this is is making me feel stressed. After about 3 answers I usually find it.
