I do hope he is not extradited to the US. I do not agree with everything and every decision he has taken but the true matter of things is that he has exposed many of US modern crimes and cruelty in the world, and he has enabled the world to know what is really happening behind the scenes; and of course that is going to create controversy and many many people are not going to like to be exposed for their crimes, and this is the reason why many, including Assange himself, fear his extradition to the US.
Seems like this situation had to come to a head sooner or later. Not sure what everyone thought the outcome would be.
