I'm envious of your lifestyle. Do you eat any of it raw? I hear that wild animals living in natural habitats are safe to eat raw; they're the most nutritious, especially their livers, brains and other offal.

I couldn't tell you tbh. I don't have access to the full study; only the abstract. They studied 20 deer in Poland. I don't know if the background to this study had anything to do with a chemical spill of some sort or just a general population thing. The result shows that it's safe to eat the organs of deer.
