최영미 시인, 직접 시집을 출간하다

문단계 성폭행을 고발한 시인 최영미가 직접 시집을 출간했다. 안타깝게도 여러 출판사들에 거절당하고, 결국 본인이 직접 출판사를 차려 새 시집을 냈다고 한다.

페미니즘 서적이 쏟아져 나오는 가운데 부끄럽고 표리부동한 모습을 보인 출판 업계는 '페미니즘은 돈이 된다.'는 비아냥에 제대로 항변할 수 있을까. 말을 번지르르하게 하지만 결국 강한 권력에 눈치를 보고 행동하지 못하는 민낯이 드러난 것이라는 생각이 든다.

저도 이 책 꼭 사려구요.
받아주는 출판사가 없었다는걸 보면 아직 우리나라 출판계도 멀은거 같아요..
